Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services

Adult Services is a social and recreation-based program established in 1978. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to be independent in a safe yet lively setting. Adults age 55 and older with physical or cognitive concerns are also supported to be active and engaged.

Assistive Technology Services

Assistive Technology Services

The focus of AT Services is to promote the incorporation of technology in the lives of people with disabilities. AT Services offers assessments, equipment demonstrations, device loans, a toy lending library, and a reutilization/refurbishment program.

Baby University

Baby U provides intensive Case Management, Mentoring, Coaching and Support to expectant mothers and families in low-income communities in Chattanooga. Services are free and voluntary.

The Tennessee Child Care Resource & Referral Network provides free resources for parents, child care educators, employers and the communities who support quality care and development for our children.

WAGE$

The Child Care WAGE$® Program is an education-based salary supplement program for child care educators employed in DHS Licensed Child Care agencies.

Children Services

Children Services

Our goal at Signal Centers is to prepare children for Kindergarten and lifelong learning. The school includes both center-based and home-based programs for children six weeks to five years of age. Center-based programming includes fully accessible facilities and integrated classrooms.
